I just noticed the flyer for the timeshare laying around the office and I figured it needed to be on the site.

The timeshare is located across the street from the beach in Garden City, SC (near Myrtle Beach). It's available for one week in January - March or October 29th - November 5th. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a Washer/Dryer.
The annual maintenance fees are $325 (This resort usually rents for $89-$99 per night).
